The cosmetic appearance of both the handsets is impeccable. The iPhone 4S looks similar to its predecessor while the S3 comes as a surprise to us. It has a slim body and a shiny back panel. I feel that both the handsets are equally good to look at, but the iPhone 4S loses out just because of the lack of the surprise element.
Screen
Coming to the screen of the handsets, the iPhone 4S has a 3.5 inch screen while the Samsung S3 is equipped with a 4.8 inch display and that ensures larger pictures. The iPhone 4S has an LED display where as the Samsung Galaxy S3 has the Super AMOLED screen. Thus, the visual experience offered by the S3 is far more enhanced as compared to the Apple iPhone 4S.

After the comparison on the basis of the points that have mentioned here, I came to the conclusion that the Samsung Galaxy S3 is a better choice than the iPhone 4S, as it is a new phone and the overall features that it has to offer are a welcome change.
