LG C375 Dual SIMThe LG C375 was launched by LG lately. This phone has been designed keeping in mind the rising market for dual-SIM handsets in India. The device is basically an entry level handset and it has quite a few note worthy features that make it special for the price at which it comes. The handset is based on the Java MIDP 2.1 technology.

The LG C375 sports a 2.3 inch TFT display that has are solution of 240 by 320 pixels. It has a QWERTY keypad that enables the user to type faster when using the social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Besides this, it is also equipped with a notification blinker that alerts the user whenever there has been an update on his/her profile on any of the social networking sites. The handset has the support of 12 languages and this is a huge plus as the user can type in a regional language in case he/she is not comfortable with English.

The handset has an inbuilt memory of 78 MB that can be expanded up to 8 GB with the help of the microSD card slot that is present in the handset. It comes with a 950 mAh Li-ion battery that supports a talktime of 16 hours and a standby time of up to 798 hours. It comes pre-loaded with games such as Word Attack and Numeral Café and supports polyphonic as well as MP3 Ringtones.

Coming to connectivity, the C375 has USB 2.0 and Bluetooth connectivity in the form of data transfer connectivity and EDGE, WiFi, GPRS and Wireless Protocol in the form of Internet Transfer Connectivity. The down side of the phone is that it is not 3G enabled, but at the cost at which it is being sold, it cannot be expected to have the 3G feature too. The handset can be used for the purpose of sending simple SMS, MMS as well as e-mail and instant messaging. The LG C375 comes with a USB port, User manual and a CD ROM that explains the various functions of the phone. A headset has also been included with the kit.

The LG C375 has been priced at Rs.4600 and is a good choice in case you are looking for a feature rich handset at an affordable price and do not mind the lack of the 3G network.
